FAQs

  • How much does it cost to rent a photo booth?

    Every quote is customized to you, your wedding, and your guests. Depending on your budget and desires, we may be an excellent fit for your wedding.

  • Do you provide on-site attendants to assist with the photo booth?

    Yes! We’re proud of our white glove, concierge service.

  • Can the photo booth be customized to my theme or branding?

    Yes! We can customize the photo template, live gallery, lights, start screens, backdrop, and booth itself. All you have to do is say what you want!

  • What types of props are included?

    Props are curated to fit your event. I use high quality, fun props that can endure use.

  • Is there a limit to the number of photos or prints guests can take?

    There are unlimited digital photos and we encourage guests to come as many times as they’d like during the event. For gold packages, prints are limited to one per person. For platinum packages, prints are unlimited.

  • How soon in advance should we book the photo booth?

    We accept bookings a year in advance. Book away!

  • What are the setup requirements for the photo booth?

    We require a minimum 10’ x 10’ space adjacent to a power plug. If your event is outdoors, please let us know in the booking inquiry as we can accommodate.  

  • Can the photo booth be used outdoors?

    Yes, but there must be a covering (awning, tent, etc.) for the booth.

  • What are the payment and cancellation policies?

    Payments can be paid in full upon booking or split in three payments. The retainer payment is made at the time of booking confirmation. The second payment is made at the midpoint between booking and the event date. The final payment is due two weeks prior to the event. There are no refunds.

  • Are there any additional setup or travel fees?

    Setup and breakdown is included in your quote! For venues within 25 miles of Detroit, travel fees are included in your quote.

  • Why not just only have a photographer?

    Photographers do an excellent job of capturing the formal, picturesque moments. Typically, the candid moments get lost because the photographer is gone before the second glass of wine kicks in. Your wedding day is so hectic, that it becomes a challenge to just enjoy taking staged pictures when your feet hurt from the heels or your makeup needs a retouch. A photo booth is more engaging, fun, and a great conversation piece among your guests. At the end of the night, everyone is dancing, drunk, or both, and those are the smiles you want to remember…not the stress!
